The number of people forced to flee their homes due to war, violence, and persecution increases every year. Ιt now stands at 120 million, the highest level since records began. Nearly half of the world's refugees are children.
Refugee children and their families embark on dangerous journeys in search of safety. They hope to find what should be a normality: a life in peace, access to clean water and food, a safe home, and the opportunity to go to school.
