UNHCR I Venezuela Emergency I Donate Today

Terremoto Venezuela
Terremoto na Venezuela

A powerful earthquake has struck Venezuela — a country already facing one of the world's largest humanitarian crises.

A state of emergency has been declared, and families have fled their homes, many now left with nothing. This disaster has hit a population already stretched to a breaking point. Nearly 7 million Venezuelans have fled in recent years. For those who remain, an already fragile situation has escalated into a full emergency, with urgent needs for shelter, clean water, and protection.

You can help families survive this crisis.

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is responding with tents to shelter families whose homes were destroyed or damaged. Emergency relief items like solar lamps, blankets and mattresses are reaching those who need it most.

With needs rapidly increasing, UNHCR is scaling up support including core relief items, shelter, water and sanitation and protection services for the most vulnerable.

But we cannot do this alone.

Please donate today.
