Since October 2023 UNHCR and partners have been supporting with essential relief to both Lebanese citizens and refugees, including core relief items, cash assistance and rehabilitation of collective shelters, as well as psychosocial support.

UNHCR has been working in Lebanon for decades providing support to Lebanese and refugees in the country and who are living in poverty and extremely vulnerable conditions. They, and the communities who host them, deserve our support.

Your money helps UNHCR provide protection, shelter and other forms of assistance, and advocacy on behalf of refugees every year. We ensure that as many funds as possible are redirected to refugees forced to flee their homes. 85 per cent of all funds raised go directly to field operations. 7 per cent is allocated for global programmes, helping refugees under the UNHCR mandate around the world, and 8 per cent is for headquarters administration. Donations made to UNHCR Malaysia will not be applicable for tax deduction. We will still issue a donation receipt to confirm your donation amount.
